Rhys Griffiths, President & Master Electrician
Rhys entered the oil and gas industry at National Oilwell as an electrical technician in 1997 where he constructed and installed control wiring systems for pipe inspection equipment. In 2001, Rhys began working for a local electrical contractor as an apprentice electrician, earned his Journeyman’s license in 2005 and became an Electrical Project Manager/Estimator in 2006. In 2012, Rhys was awarded his Master Electrician license and became Vice-President of Electrical Construction in 2014. Rhys single-handedly designed, sold and managed successful electrical construction projects for HISD, UPS, NOV, Texas Southern University, Praxair and many other organizations. His experience with “cradle to grave” project management gives him a unique approach to construction that allows him to understand each step in the process from client development to collecting the final payment.
